Documenting Ivanti Identity Director workflows can be a lot of work. Making this easier I created a Visio Stencil with all workflow actions available in Ivanti Identity Director.

When creating a new service in the Entitlement Catalog there are two triggers, Delivery and Return. These triggers can handle workflows. Identity Director delivers 21 workflow actions.
