This blog describes an issue I noticed after upgrading FS Logix from release 2.9.8228.50276 to 2.9.8440.42104 and updating the Group Policy files. After upgrading to this release, the O365 authentication appeared in every new session.

When using the FS Logix Profile Container, a new option is added in the new policy file. Enabling the option Roam Identity will make sure the O365 will not appear every new session.

When not using the Group Policy it’s also possible to configure the registry key.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Profiles\RoamIdentity
Type DWORD
Value 0 is disabled and value 1 is enabled.
